What’s Your Story?

Everybody has a story. Some are good and some are bad. Some are just messy! Whatever your story is, you are not at the end yet. There are still blank pages and chapters to be written. The question is, are your upcoming pages looking bright? Can you be certain that the words to come will be words of hope?

From the 26th of Sept through to 3 Oct, we’ll be hosting a week of events, services, online content, small groups discussions and more, to help you embed that hope into the rest of your story.

26 Sept | Blaque Nubon

Blaque Nubon is the young adults pastor of The Tribe here at Christ Church Midrand. He is currently studying a Masters of Art in Religion at Reformed Theological Seminary in the USA. He is also working on starting Lethukthula, a centre aimed at engaging the racial issues within our culture. When he’s not studying, preaching or working on Lethukthula, this former rapper is a hands on father to his daughter Zayah and a loving husband to his wife, Lilly.

3 Oct | Shaun Storer

Shaun Storer works with Truthwalk promoting biblical discipleship in the workplace and amongst pastors. Shaun is Project Manager for the Acts 29 Southern Africa Academy. Previously he was involved in pastoral ministry and church planting for 14 years. He is married to Tanith and has two children and lives in Johannesburg, South Africa.

26 Sept: Blaque speak on The Bible is just fairy tales! It’s not relevant
