Last year we ran two holiday clubs here in Midrand – one for children and one for teenagers. We also visited one of our missionaries in Addis Ababa in Ethiopia. A group visited a mission station in Binga, Zimbabwe. Another team of 25 adults and children went to an orphanage in Kwazulu Natal and ran a holiday club as well as crafts and sports events for the kids.
This year we are planning to repeat the above programs. But we will also be adding to the above. We are looking at running two holiday clubs in Tembisa and are investigating other options in Africa and overseas.
