Warning! Spiritual malnutrition on the rise!
We all know we shouldn’t feed our bodies processed foods, pre-made microwave meals and sugar laden snacks if we want to live a full, healthy life. Yet, many 21st century Christians settle for second-hand, inspirational titbits to get them through a crisis or a busy week, rather than deep nourishment from the Word of God day by day. Making consistent time to sit at the feet of Jesus is a habit we cannot neglect without great cost to our long term spiritual health.
